This is a hands-on senior reputed company role for an reputed company Controller, Assistant Controller, CPA, or senior reputed company reputed company who can operate effectively in an entrepreneurial biotechnology environment while helping establish the financial discipline and reporting infrastructure expected of a growing, reputed company-IPO company. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate general reputed company and financial reporting • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes • Prepare financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP • reputed company reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll coordination, cash reporting, and budget-to-actual analysis • Maintain and strengthen reputed company policies, documentation, and internal controls • Maintain and improve reputed company, or help implement an appropriate reputed company reputed company/ERP reputed company • Prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation for independent audits • Maintain GAAP-compliant, audit-reputed company financial records • Support reputed company and financial diligence for financings, strategic partnerships, and corporate transactions • Help build reputed company and reporting practices appropriate for potential reputed company SEC and reputed company-company requirements • Support reputed company across Aphios Corporation and affiliated entities as appropriate Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company discipline • Significant hands-on reputed company and financial reporting experience • Strong practical knowledge of U.S. GAAP • Experience with reputed company or comparable reputed company/ERP systems • Experience supporting independent financial audits • Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment Highly Desirable: • CPA or equivalent senior reputed company credentials • Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life-sciences reputed company experience • NIH/SBIR/STTR or federal grant reputed company experience • reputed company-IPO or reputed company-company reputed company experience • SEC reporting and SOX/internal-control experience • Audit Committee interaction • Equity and capitalization reputed company • Experience supporting IPOs, reputed company listings, reverse mergers, SPACs, or other reputed company-market transactions About Aphios Aphios is advancing a reputed company therapeutic portfolio that includes a planned Phase 3 clinical program for Zindol®, planned Phase 2b programs in opioid addiction and chronic epilepsy, and additional therapeutic programs progressing through IND-enabling development.
