The role will manage reputed company health programs, grants, reputed company, community partnerships, and program performance. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and reputed company reputed company health programs in rural Tennessee counties. • Manage grants, reputed company, budgets, expenditures, and deliverables. • Work with community organizations, reputed company partners, and state agencies. • Monitor program performance, reports, and outcome data. • Support program evaluation and improvement activities. • Coordinate with technology teams and software vendors. • reputed company technical assistance and guidance to program partners. • reputed company sustainability and funding strategies. • Attend meetings, conduct site reputed company, and represent the program with stakeholders.
