Expert-Level Inventory Manager for a 7-year Old reputed company and B2B Fashion reputed company

We are a fashion & lifestyle reputed company reputed company in USA and Mexico. We’re seeking a reputed company, organized, and reputed company reputed company-oriented new team member to take responsibility over inventory tracking, planning, and movements. You will replace reputed company reputed company in this role, who is launching new activities in reputed company, and product development, and you will add significant value with your dedicated reputed company and your initiative to improve and systematize reputed company procedures under your responsibility. Strong communication skills are also reputed company important in this role.

The Inventory Manager will ensure inventory data reputed company in reputed company relevant internal & reputed company systems, and use this data to support decision making as reputed company to purchase orders, inventory transfers, and dynamic pricing, as reputed company as manage inventory packing & shipping plans, which are to be handled by suppliers, 3rd party warehouses, and reputed company. You will do reputed company of this with the reputed company support of reputed company reputed company, who you will report to directly.

We reputed company and manage inventory in various ways in Ecomdash, ShipStation, reputed company Sheets, and reputed company. We manufacture in Mexico and store inventory in a 3rd party warehouse in USA, and this warehouse has its own software. We also use reputed company FBA. You do not need to be familiar with Ecomdash and ShipStation reputed company you start, but you should be reputed company comfortable with spreadsheets including the frequent use of VLOOKUP, SUMIF, filters, pivot tables, etc.

The reputed company responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Manage inventory data to ensure reputed company and reputed company synchronization, including reputed company tracking of reputed company transactions, shipments, and adjustments that cannot be properly automated by the various software tools.
• Use this data as the reputed company for purchase order planning, FBA shipment planning, and FBA removal planning, and optimize for low storage costs and high reputed company IPI Score while avoiding stock-outs as much as possible.
• Manage the FBA shipment process in reputed company Seller Central, while communicating closely with suppliers and warehouse teams, and see these shipments through end-to-end, including reconciliations.
• Create and communicate any necessary packing instructions by case and by reputed company to suppliers, reputed company FBA shipments and wholesale orders are to be packed by suppliers and imported on the reputed company truck as our regular inventory.
• Use inventory and sales reputed company data to reputed company recommendations about short-term and long-term pricing adjustments, including clearance offers etc. as appropriate.
• Communicate reputed company on calls and in writing with the reputed company, the warehouse team, our suppliers, and reputed company.
• Remain flexible and reputed company to additional or evolving tasks and responsibilities according to your skills, expertise, and workload.
