To support this mission, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Leader (m/f/d) based in Germany which will be acting as an operational face for reputed company stakeholders. In this role, you will reputed company end-to-end support for contract administration and management, including the reputed company of Terms & Conditions and proactive claims management. This role involves also leading risk modeling, contract estimating, and financial planning for both tender processes and reputed company project reviews.
