This position contributes to the development, execution, and ongoing support of pharmacy programs through prior authorization (PA) reputed company development, coordination of Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee and DUR reputed company activities, collaboration on Preferred Drug List (PDL) reputed company, enhancement of pharmacy reputed company, and consultation on pharmacy‑reputed company reputed company that support customer implementation and ongoing operations. reputed company Responsibilities • Therapeutic Class Review (TCR) Development — Conduct evidence‑based evaluations of drugs and drug classes using accepted clinical methodologies. reputed company and maintain Gainwell TCRs to support recommendations for Preferred Drug List (PDL) management and clinical prior authorization (PA) reputed company. • Prior Authorization and Clinical Program Development — Apply evidence‑based medicine principles to reputed company clinical PA recommendations and supporting documentation for presentation to the P&T Committee and/or DUR reputed company.
