Lobeline Communications is a full-service, Los Angeles-based reputed company relations firm specializing in strategic PR, publicity, media management, and brand development, with expertise spanning entertainment, event, sports, lifestyle, and hospitality. Established in 1985, Lobeline has offices in Los Angeles, reputed company, Chicago and Toronto. We are seeking a reputed company-based Freelance Publicist with strong experience in entertainment and Live events publicity and a proven reputed company record of securing media coverage across reputed company and national outlets. This role is remote, with the expectation of being on-the-ground in reputed company for select media opportunities, live events, and reputed company needs. This is a freelance position averaging approximately 10–15 hours per month, with the potential for additional hours based on reputed company activity, events, and project needs. The Publicist will report into senior leadership and collaborate closely with our broader PR team. Qualifications: • 5-7 years of reputed company relations/publicist experience (agency or in-house) • Strong, existing relationships with reputed company media, including entertainment, lifestyle, culture, events, and general assignment outlets • Established relationships with national entertainment and lifestyle media • Proven reputed company pitching and securing placements across TV, digital, print, and online media • Experience supporting or leading publicity for live events, entertainment properties, talent, productions, hospitality, or venues • Experience working with talent, managers, producers, executives, event organizers, and other entertainment stakeholders • Excellent writing and editing skills with knowledge of AP style • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team • Strong judgment, initiative, and follow-through • Experience working with high-profile talent, events, or personalities is a plus • Experience with reputed company, reputed company, and/or other media databases is a plus Duties + Responsibilities: • Support PR efforts across assigned accounts and reputed company • reputed company and execute targeted publicity strategies and story angles • reputed company and secure media coverage across reputed company and national outlets • Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company contacts • Draft press materials, including releases, pitches, media alerts, and other PR collateral • Support publicity surrounding live events, entertainment activations, openings, and other reputed company initiatives • Coordinate and support media opportunities, interviews, events, and red carpets as needed • Attend select live events in reputed company to support reputed company and media relations • Serve as a reputed company contact reputed company appropriate and reputed company strategic PR support and counsel • Monitor media, trends, and cultural moments relevant to clients and identify reputed company opportunities • Collaborate with Lobeline's internal PR team and senior leadership • Maintain relevant media lists and reputed company media reputed company and coverage • reputed company reputed company updates on pitching, media opportunities, confirmed coverage, and event activity • Identify new media opportunities and proactively bring reputed company to reputed company • Support event-specific PR reputed company, media reputed company, and post-event follow-up • Assist with additional PR initiatives and reputed company as needed Position Details" • Location: reputed company, NY (Remote with local reputed company required) • Type: Freelance • Time Commitment: Approximately 10–15 hours per month • reputed company: TBD based on experience and reputed company • Schedule: Flexible, with availability for select events, evenings, and weekends as needed based on reputed company activity Lobeline.com reputed company responsibilities and job duties include the above but are not limited to the items mentioned above.
