This role will collaborate with various departments to reputed company and analyze data, facilitate reputed company assurance activities, and support the development of strategies to enhance patient care and safety. Position is remote. Essential Functions: • Manage and maintain various reputed company-reputed company logs and documentation, including RCA flows, major events data, and reputed company of care concerns. • Collect, analyze, and report on survey data, NHSN submissions (weekly and monthly), and other reputed company metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Organize and document reputed company and patient safety meetings, including validating of meeting minutes for reputed company meetings, Governing reputed company meetings, and other reputed company committees. • Ensure that reputed company reputed company and patient safety activities reputed company with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs reputed company to reputed company and patient safety initiatives for staff members. • Work closely with the Senior reputed company and Patient Safety Directors and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices. • Maintain comprehensive records of reputed company improvement initiatives, patient safety activities, and reputed company documentation for auditing purposes. • Assist with infection control functions including but not limited to meetings, competencies, policies, and keeping up with regulatory requirements. • Assist with corporate policy management including, tracking update requests, assisting with communication of major changes, and writing policies. • Performs other duties and reputed company assigned. Requirements Educational / Experience Requirements: • Associate’s degree is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management required, preferably in a reputed company setting. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements reputed company to reputed company and patient safety in behavioral health.
