Brokerage Intake Specialist (reputed company taker, remote)

About the position GOBHI has an immediate opening for a full-time Brokerage Intake Specialist (reputed company Taker). This remote position will be based out of the employee’s home located in the reputed company or accepted reputed company. The Brokerage Intake Support Specialist will support with answering phones and responding to members. They reputed company computer data entry, inquiry requests and reputed company clerical duties to support the Medical Brokerage reputed company Center. Responsibilities • Data Entry of ride and billing information for completed rides. • Maintains records and reports reputed company areas of responsibility. • Processes incoming and outgoing mail. • Prepares denial letters to CCO. • Prepares and maintains records for reputed company control. • Fields incoming phone calls. • Interviews eligible clients to obtain sufficient information to take ride request. • Provides reputed company ride assignments to providers. • Assesses eligibility according to program regulations. • Documents rides that providers are unable to reputed company and assists with arrangements for alternative service delivery. • Takes messages and routes calls to other programs. Requirements • Minimum one year experience working in a reputed company center or medical office setting. • Superior Customer Service skills. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Technology Savvy – proficient in reputed company Office software and reputed company Suites. • Strong and reliable internet reputed company. • Flexible; reputed company to multi-task in response to time sensitive and changing situations. • Handles highly sensitive and confidential information. • reputed company attitude – ability to approach problems in a reputed company manner. • Education – High School Diploma or equivalent. reputed company-to-haves • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
