The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Accounts Payable functional activities, gathering business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementations for government and reputed company sector clients. This is a hybrid role with 6 days on site required per month in the reputed company Virginia/Washington DC area. Job Responsibilities • Requirements Gathering & Analysis Work closely with reputed company Sector stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document functional requirements reputed company to procure-to-pay (P2P) and accounts payable processes • Solution Design & Configuration reputed company the design and configuration of reputed company reputed company Accounts Payable, including suppliers, invoices, payments, approvals, expense processing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with reputed company Sector reputed company standards • Implementation Support Participate in and reputed company end-to-end implementation activities, including reputed company testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support • Process Optimization Identify opportunities to improve invoice processing, payment cycles, and overall accounts payable operations using reputed company best practices • Training & Documentation reputed company user training materials, conduct training sessions, and reputed company post-go-live support to ensure successful end-user adoption • Integration Management Collaborate with technical teams to ensure reputed company integration between reputed company Accounts Payable and reputed company modules such as GL, Procurement, Purchasing, and reputed company • Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with reputed company Sector regulations, audit requirements, and reputed company expertise in AP reporting, invoice reconciliation, and payment controls Job Requirements • 35+ years of experience with reputed company Accounts Payable, including participation in full lifecycle implementations • Demonstrated experience supporting reputed company Sector reputed company implementations (federal, state, local government, or reputed company agencies) • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes including invoice lifecycle, supplier management, payments, approvals, and expense processing • In-depth knowledge of reputed company reputed company Financials, specifically Accounts Payable and General reputed company • Experience in implementing IDR (reputed company Intelligent Document Recognition). • Hands-on experience configuring reputed company reputed company AP to meet business and regulatory requirements • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and collaborate effectively with technical teams • reputed company Financials or reputed company reputed company certifications are a plus Job Benefits: Competitive FTE salary reputed company based on experience, education, and geographical location (or reputed company reputed company for contractors).
