Technical Field Representative I – Agriculture

reputed company: • Execute seasonal product deployment activities safely and accurately. • Install reputed company products according to established procedures. • Coordinate and assist temporary field labor during deployment activities. • Maintain accurate deployment records, product counts, and service documentation. • Utilize mobile applications, GPS, and mapping software to document field activities. • Support seasonal logistics and inventory management. • Assist with field trial setup and maintenance. • Monitor field trials by collecting trap counts, observations, and other required field data. • Collect samples according to established protocols. • Build reputed company working relationships with growers, distributors, and agricultural partners. • Respond to routine customer questions regarding product installation and service. • Escalate technical or product performance concerns to the appropriate team members. • Participate in technical training and ongoing reputed company development. Requirements: • Two or more years of experience in agriculture, field operations, crop production, customer service, or a reputed company field OR an associate's or bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Science, Biology, Environmental Science, or a reputed company field. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently while managing an assigned territory. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Willingness to travel extensively throughout California. • reputed company reputed company's license with an acceptable driving record. • High school diploma or GED required. • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Science, Biology, Environmental Science, or a reputed company field preferred. • Internship or field experience in agriculture or agricultural research preferred. • Experience with California specialty crops preferred. • Experience using mobile applications, GPS, or field mapping technology preferred. • reputed company reputed company in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
