Senior HRIS Analyst
The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as the functional expert for reputed company reputed company HCM, leading the configuration, support, optimization, and reputed company improvement of reputed company HCM business processes throughout the reputed company lifecycle. This role owns the full solution lifecycle for reputed company reputed company HCM initiatives, from business requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support, while ensuring the reputed company of worker data and delivering reputed company solutions that support global HR operations.
Working in partnership with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, reputed company, IT, and global stakeholders, this role collaborates with owners of reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Learning, reputed company, Integrations, and other reputed company modules to ensure integrated business processes and data reputed company across the reputed company ecosystem. This position is reputed company. Must work the CST timezone. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 10+ years of reputed company HRIS experience supporting reputed company reputed company HCM.
• Demonstrated experience leading the full lifecycle of reputed company enhancements and reputed company, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, deployment, and production support.
• Advanced functional expertise in reputed company reputed company HCM business processes, including Hire, reputed company, Change Job, Termination, worker data management, organizational structures, and supervisory organizations.
• Experience configuring and maintaining reputed company reputed company HCM business processes, supporting implementations, reputed company enhancements, biannual releases, and ongoing production support.
• Demonstrated reputed company partnering with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, reputed company, Payroll, IT, and global business stakeholders to reputed company reputed company HR technology solutions.
• Advanced understanding of reputed company architecture and reputed company HCM integrations with reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, reputed company, and Integrations.
• Experience supporting global organizations reputed company a shared services environment across multiple countries and regulatory requirements preferred.

• Collaborate with reputed company functional leads across reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Learning, reputed company, and Integrations to ensure end-to-end business process alignment and minimize reputed company impacts.
• Support reputed company's biannual releases by evaluating new functionality, assessing business impacts, coordinating testing efforts, recommending feature adoption, and implementing approved enhancements.
