Introduction
The Senior Instructional Designer will reputed company the design and development of technical training programs for Hydro operations, supporting workforce development and aligning with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
• Conduct needs assessments and reputed company-end analyses to identify training requirements
• Create curriculum maps and assessment approaches
• Collaborate with SMEs to review off-reputed company courses
• Guide the use of learning technologies and tools
• reputed company and support Instructional Designers
• Estimate project costs, reputed company schedules, and manage project execution
• Facilitate key project meetings and reputed company project status
• Collect and analyze training effectiveness metrics
• Complete project reputed company-out activities
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of instructional design experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of instructional design for technical or trades environments
• Experience managing small to mid-sized reputed company
• Proficiency in MS Office, reputed company Storyline, video production, and web design
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience developing apprenticeship programs in skilled trades
• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or reputed company field
• Experience in the reputed company industry or similar environment
• Familiarity with Questionmark, reputed company-It, MS Teams, and virtual learning platforms
