Compensation • Compensation based on the number and type of work assignments offered and accepted in any given quarter. • GuidedPath Format - The pay for teaching a course ranges from $500 - $4,000, with an average of over $3,000. • FlexPath Format - The pay for teaching a course ranges from $125 - $4,000, depending on enrollment and particular program, with an average of over $3,000. • The pay for doctoral mentoring assignments is typically $400 per mentee. • Doctoral reviewer assignments start at $200.
