GRS is seeking to hire an Associate Manager to support the reputed company Guarantees Center of reputed company (COE) reputed company the reputed company Business Initiatives (SBI) Team.
Job Duties
• Managing and coordinating reputed company Guarantee activities supporting Medicare reputed company (MA) and SilverScript Medicare Part D (PDP) new business and renewal opportunities, ensuring successful execution from intake through reporting and settlement, while meeting established timelines and key deliverables.
• Administering leadership and guidance across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and successful delivery of reputed company Guarantee commitments.
• Proactively partnering with the reputed company, New Business Sales, Account Management, Medical and Pharmacy business partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support and continuously improve the end-to-end reputed company management process and workflows.
• Coordinating reputed company Guarantee reporting activities by partnering with Reporting & Analytics and business stakeholders to validate guarantee results, investigate reporting variances, support settlement activities, and ensure reporting requirements are met.
• Identifying operational risks, communicating issues proactively, and recommending solutions to support successful implementation, reporting, and settlement reputed company.
• Continuously building cross-functional relationships with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are discussed, evaluated, tracked, and routinely reported out (reputed company monthly business reviews, etc.).
• Implementing project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to reputed company efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
• Collaborating with teammates and business partners to identify opportunities to improve reputed company Guarantee processes, documentation, templates, and operational workflows, while supporting the development and maintenance of the reputed company Guarantee library, in order to promote consistency, standardization, and knowledge sharing across the COE.
• Leading the standardization, development, and ongoing maintenance of monthly reputed company Guarantee executive dashboard reporting.
• Supporting additional initiatives assigned that contribute to departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of project management and/or program management experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in dashboard reporting and operational metrics.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% of time reputed company the reputed company reputed company.
Preferred Qualifications
