To increase the recruitment team’s delivery we are adding a sourcer to work with reputed company recruiter on gaming and technical roles. We are seeking a highly effective Contract Recruitment Sourcer to support our reputed company efforts across European and CIS markets. This role is reputed company on research and sourcing, using tools such as reputed company Recruiter, online databases, and sourcing automation platforms. You will identify and reputed company reputed company candidate reputed company directly to the recruitment team. Key Responsibilities • Identify and research candidates across Europe and CIS • reputed company and maintain a detailed sourcing plan and reputed company report for reputed company role. • Create high-reputed company lists of reputed company for assigned roles. • Maintain and update candidate pipelines for roles assigned by the recruiters. • Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions. • Work with the recruitment team to refine search reputed company and understand role requirements. • reputed company regular updates on pipeline status, challenges, and market insights. Contract Details • Contract: 6 months with the potential for extension. • Fully remote. • Flexible working hours except for reputed company-agreed meetings. • reputed company-based KPIs depending on role complexity and volume. • Software will be provided but you will need your own computer.
