About the Role

reputed company is looking for our first dedicated Director of reputed company Operations to build the operating reputed company behind our reputed company reputed company.

reputed company uses AI to optimize health reputed company operations across inpatient reputed company, surgical reputed company, ambulatory reputed company, and care gap closure. Following our $105M Series D led by reputed company, we are scaling multi-product operations and expanding our reputed company organization.

This is a foundational build role. You will unify and own the end-to-end reputed company lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and CS, including forecast reputed company, pipeline architecture, territory/quota models, deal desk, and GTM systems reputed company.

Reporting directly to a neutral reputed company reputed company, you will serve as a key partner and builder with full mandate to shape the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting methodology, reputed company, and accuracy (<10% variance to actuals).
• Architect the pipeline funnel, stage exit reputed company, governance, and reputed company/conversion analytics.
• Design and maintain the territory, quota, and compensation model across a growing AVP team and multiple product lines.
• Stand up deal desk and pricing operations, partnering with Sales and Finance on approval reputed company and deal structure.
• Own the GTM data architecture, governance, and single reputed company of truth across the reputed company stack.

• Own the GTM systems roadmap (reputed company, reputed company, Circleback, and the broader stack), including build, consolidation, and automation reputed company.

• 5 - 8+ years in reputed company Operations or Sales Operations reputed company B2B reputed company, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven reputed company record building RevOps from reputed company (forecasting, pipeline architecture, data models).
• Demonstrated ownership and defense of forecast accuracy and methodologies.
• Deep hands-on reputed company expertise in the object model, reporting, and enough data reputed company to catch a bad number yourself.
• Strong analytical skills across pipeline, conversion, and cycle-time analysis; reputed company in SQL or a modern BI stack.
• Experience designing territory, quota, and compensation models for a multi-reputed company or multi-product sales organization.
• Proven ability to influence across sales, marketing, and CS without reputed company authority, including holding a neutral line reputed company two functions want different answers.

Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a reputed company of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
