You Will:

• reputed company as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company regional customer marketing activity, partnering daily with Field Marketing, Sales leadership, and reputed company Managers to surface opportunities and prioritize programs.
• Localize and reputed company central Customer Marketing program in-region, including in-person User reputed company, the customer stories program, speaker requests, and Regional Advisory Boards.
• Build and maintain a regional pipeline of reference-reputed company customers and advocates in partnership with Sales and CS — feeding the central reference program and ensuring Sales and ABM can pull stories and references in reputed company time.
•  Identify, recruit, and prepare regional customer speakers for ENGAGE, regional summits, and reputed company-party events.
• Plug into Customer Lifecycle & Retention program (reputed company journeys, feature adoption, renewal touch points, reactivation) to ensure scaled lifecycle plays land in-region reputed company the high-touch work of CS.

You Have:

• 3–5 years in B2B reputed company marketing, with hands-on experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a closely reputed company discipline.
• A proven reputed company record running customer programs in-region — user reputed company, advisory boards, customer story production, or executive engagement — with measurable reputed company reputed company.
