[Remote] VP, Program Management

The VP of Program Management, reputed company will reputed company the global program management function for the reputed company Business Unit, overseeing new product introduction and launch execution across worldwide factories while partnering with executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company of program managers responsible for program status and issues, assess risks, reputed company corrective actions, and ensure successful program execution
• Engage functional executives on BU leadership team to reputed company and reputed company business and customer strategies, ensure resources assigned, reputed company issues, etc
• Collaborate with customer executives to define win-win partnerships, reputed company new programs, and reputed company issues and escalations for ongoing programs

• Define metrics to measure program performance and regularly report on performance across portfolio of programs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a reputed company field
• 15 years of experience in product development, NPI, and manufacturing including program management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in cross-functional program management spanning design engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing
• reputed company customer-facing experience including definition of new program reputed company, business terms, program execution, and issue reputed company
• Strong knowledge of program management and development processes and tools (e.g. phase/reputed company processes, reputed company, MS Project, reputed company, JIRA)
• Demonstrated organizational leadership and development
• P/L experience and strong financial acumen

• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
