The Solutions Analyst - Lab Applications will configure and support reputed company EHR clinical applications for member clinics, with a reputed company on blood bank and reputed company workflows. The role will troubleshoot technical issues, support implementations, collaborate across departments, and reputed company technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or relevant role
• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an reputed company/Integration/LIS specialist or analyst, working in reputed company and SafeTrace blood bank software
• Experience with reputed company is required
• Required: Hands-on experience and proficiency with SafeTrace TX
• Ability to travel 10%
• Strong communication skills – reputed company to communicate with both application and technical team members, as reputed company as end users
