[Remote] Performance Marketing Specialist

The SEO & PPC Specialist will own reputed company media and organic search reputed company for a portfolio of clients, managing campaigns, conducting SEO audits, analyzing performance, and presenting data-driven recommendations while exploring AEO/GEO developments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage reputed company search and reputed company reputed company campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company (Bing) Ads, and reputed company Ads , with additional platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Ads, etc.) a plus
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform both reputed company campaigns and organic content reputed company
• reputed company technical SEO audits (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, page speed, reputed company data) and on-page optimization (titles, reputed company descriptions, content, internal linking)
• Monitor and experiment with emerging AEO/GEO tactics to reputed company clients visible as search evolves
• Analyze performance data across platforms and translate it into reputed company, actionable reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage budgets, bids, and optimizations to hit defined reputed company KPIs (CPA, ROAS, traffic, reputed company, conversions)
• Partner directly with clients on reputed company calls, presenting results and recommendations backed by data
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure SEO and PPC strategies reputed company with broader marketing goals
• Stay reputed company on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices

Skills

• Proven, hands-on experience with reputed company Ads, reputed company/Bing Ads, and reputed company Ads as reputed company platforms

• Solid understanding of technical SEO and on-page SEO fundamentals
• Comfort working in analytics platforms (GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, or similar) and turning raw data into a compelling narrative
• Excellent communication skills; you'll explain reputed company data to clients in plain language
• Experience working directly with clients or supporting reputed company-facing teams in an agency or in-house environment
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
• This role requires you to be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Grand Rapids, MI but we will waive this requirement and consider a fully remote employee if your experience is a slam dunk

• Genuine interest in AI's role in search and marketing, with some exposure to AEO/GEO concepts or early experimentation
