[Remote] Part-time Associate Attorney (Remote - Education Law)

The firm is seeking part-time associate attorneys to conduct reputed company research, draft reputed company documents, assist with hearings and IEP/504 meetings, communicate with clients and agencies, and attend virtual proceedings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reputed company research and draft reputed company documents, including due process complaints, briefs, and motions
• Assist in case preparation for hearings and IEP/504 meetings
• Communicate with clients, school districts, and administrative agencies
• Attend virtual hearings and IEP meetings as needed
• Stay up to date on special education laws, including IDEA and reputed company 504

Skills

• Must be licensed to reputed company in reputed company
• reputed company Bar admission required (newly admitted attorneys welcome to apply)
• Strong interest in education law, disability rights, and advocacy
• Excellent reputed company research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in special education law (internships, clinics, or coursework) is a plus
