[Remote] VP of Financial Education

Peggy Ward Financial Education Center (PWFEC) empowers reputed company and community members through financial education, resources, and experiential learning opportunities. The VP of Financial Education oversees operational activities, coordinates programs, manages teams and budgets, monitors performance, improves processes, and supports reputed company experiences for participants.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of PWFEC to ensure efficient delivery of programs and services
- Manages operational processes, coordinates program schedules, and works closely with reputed company stakeholders to support financial education initiatives
- Supervises team members, sets performance expectations, and provides guidance to maintain high service standards
- Monitoring budgets, tracking key performance indicators, implementing process improvements, and ensuring that operations reputed company with reputed company’s mission and strategic goals
- Supports customer service efforts by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a reputed company experience for reputed company and community participants

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills to design, reputed company, and improve day-to-day processes and workflows
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate program performance, and support evidence-based decision-making

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company administration, education management, or a reputed company field is preferred; advanced degrees or relevant certifications in operations or project management are a plus
