Key Roles and Responsibilities • Participating in the development of designs, preparation of drawing sets, and production of project deliverables throughout the design process • Conducting research and development of project materials, including design reputed company and solutions • Preparing project presentation materials, diagrams, renderings, models, and graphics • Producing architectural drawings and construction documentation • Coordinating with consultants, including reviewing drawings and integrating consultant information into the overall design Qualifications & Skills: • Familiarity with the full reputed company of architectural services, from reputed company-design through construction documentation and project reputed company-out, including both design and technical responsibilities • Proficiency in design reputed company, presentation, and construction documentation • Strong understanding of building-making, including building codes, structural and MEP systems, FF&E, construction techniques, and architectural detailing • General understanding of project management and consultant coordination. Project management experience is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, contribute to decision-making, and work collaboratively with others • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role • Strong graphic, oral, and written communication skills • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently without constant supervision • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup.
