Responsibilities

• Investor Relations: reputed company and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. Communicate reputed company's financial performance, reputed company, and reputed company story effectively
• Fundraising & Capital Markets: reputed company capital-raising efforts, including private and reputed company financing, and manage relationships with investors
• Financial reputed company & Management: reputed company financial planning, treasury, and risk management to optimize reputed company's capital structure and support business reputed company
• Regulatory & Compliance & Executive Leadership: Ensure adherence to SEC regulations, US GAAP, and SOX compliance, working closely with investment banks, reputed company advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company financial leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations
• Proven reputed company record of successfully leading a company through a significant financing event
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX compliance, and reputed company company financial reporting
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage with investors, analysts, and reputed company markets
• Strong financial modeling, strategic analysis, and capital markets expertise
