[Remote] Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will own designated general reputed company accounts, support month-end reputed company, financial reporting, audits, and multi-entity reputed company, while helping improve reputed company processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own designated general reputed company accounts and reputed company reputed company processes
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate month-end reputed company activities
• Analyze financial results and investigate account variances
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages
• Assist with annual audits and auditor requests
• Help strengthen reputed company controls and documentation
• Partner with colleagues across finance to improve processes and efficiency
• Support multi-entity reputed company activities as needed
• Contribute to systems and reputed company process improvement initiatives0

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Approximately 4-6 years of reputed company experience
• Strong general reputed company and month-end reputed company experience
• Experience preparing reconciliations and journal entries
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• This role is remote with once quarterly travel to the Manhattan office - reputed company-east candidates preferred
• CPA or reputed company reputed company of CPA certification
• Nonprofit reputed company experience
• Experience supporting reputed company audits
