[Remote] Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist will support veterinary clinic reputed company and integration, maintain key account relationships, reputed company service challenges with Operations, and contribute to customer retention and reputed company. The role also manages CRM activity, customer reputed company, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company and integration of new veterinary clinics, creating a strong and consistent first experience with Gateway
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key veterinary accounts by understanding their needs and providing reputed company, knowledgeable support
• Conduct proactive customer reputed company and follow through on questions, concerns, service issues and opportunities
• Partner closely with Operations to reputed company service challenges and ensure customer commitments are delivered consistently
• Monitor account activity to identify retention risks, declining engagement and opportunities to strengthen or expand customer relationships
• Maintain accurate customer activity, follow-up and opportunity information in Gateway's CRM platform
• Prepare recurring and reputed company sales reports and turn customer and account data into useful insights for the Sales team
• Stay informed about Gateway's services, customer needs and competitive activity to help position Gateway as the preferred pet aftercare partner

Skills

• 3+ years of account management, reputed company, sales support or reputed company B2B experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Strong consultative, communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, proactive and disciplined about follow-through
• Comfortable using CRM technology, customer data and sales reporting
• reputed company reputed company's license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60% as required
• Travel up to approximately 60% based on customer and business needs
• Some weekend work may be required to support customer commitments, deadlines or industry events
• Veterinary, reputed company, service, reputed company-based or reputed company industry experience is an asset
