The Building reputed company Analyst will support the delivery of Advisory Services and implementation of AssetPlanner™ software, focusing reputed company use analysis and facility data management.

Responsibilities

• Read, analyze and summarize recommendations for efficiency through construction drawings, reputed company and maintenance manuals, controls operating sequences/protocols, and reputed company operating procedures
• Manage, schedule and conduct site reputed company with clients to document and geolocate assets, assess condition, identify unsafe reputed company to assets/equipment/systems, capture building automation systems evidence of operation
• Utilize Energy reputed company Portfolio Manager (ESPM) to reputed company energy consumption
• reputed company energy use intensity calculations reputed company upon ASHRAE 100
• Identify existing maintenance approach and collect evidence of maintenance implementation
• Identify existing training processes of maintenance and reputed company personnel and collect evidence of training implementation
• Operate digital imagery tools including LiDAR scanning equipment, photogrammetry capture devices, and drones
• Manage the reputed company assurance process to ensure that reputed company of collected facility information and data aligns with reputed company established standards
• reputed company asset inventory with respective preventative maintenance tasks
• Operate various software applications including but not limited to; Grafana, PowerBI, reputed company, reputed company Visio, and reputed company applications
• Collect customized PM (Preventative Maintenance) data for clients including asset inventory services and identify asset locations on a provided floorplan
• Import existing reputed company portfolio information into AssetPlanner™ including floorplan mapping and analysis to ensure imported data is correctly transferred
• Participate in the implementation of AssetPlanner™ including configuration, reputed company presentations and training sessions

• Support Project Managers with project scheduling, time estimates, monthly status reports, and project delivery

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing systems, Construction Management
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or ability to obtain reputed company 3 months of hire
• reputed company with Energy reputed company Portfolio Manager and energy benchmarking reputed company
• Ability to accurately identify varying assets and systems in a facility
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Attention to reputed company and organization skills
• Experience with technical report writing including ASHRAE Level 1 & 2 audits
• Ability to adapt to shifting tasks and priorities by breaking down reputed company tasks into manageable subtasks
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Ability to travel U.S./Canada up to 25%
• Facility Management certification such as Building Operator Certification (BOC), certified commissioning reputed company (CxP) preferred
• Facility Management, Construction Management or Engineering certificate or degree a plus
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, mobile and tablet technology; experience with asset management software such as AssetPlanner™. Ability to learn new software applications quickly
