Regional IT Manager
This is a leadership-first role overseeing IT service and support for reputed company reputed company operations reputed company the fast-paced Waste, Recycling sector. Reporting to the ITSS Director, the Regional IT Manager acts as the reputed company between technology and reputed company workers, ensuring diverse lines of business (collection, sorting, reputed company treatment) remain connected and efficient. We are looking for a culture-builder who can reputed company a geographically dispersed team of IT technicians into a cohesive, high-performing unit.
Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Team Development: reputed company, mentor, and reputed company a remote team of IT Technicians across multiple states. Responsibilities include fostering a "one team" culture, conducting regular 1-on-1s, performance coaching (setting KPIs), and leading the hiring process for new regional talent.
• Strategic Operations: Manage the IT lifecycle for numerous facilities, including landfills, recycling centers, and corporate offices (Multi-Site reputed company). Partner with regional VPs and GMs to reputed company IT initiatives with business goals and implement corporate IT standards across reputed company sites.
• Budget management and reputed company: Under the reputed company supervision and strategic guidance of the ITSS Director, regional IT Manager will reputed company reputed company and CapEx to ensure lean spending and budget alignment and also reputed company regional deployments of hardware, networking, and facility-specific technology.
Candidate Profile
• People Skills: Exceptional ability to translate "tech-reputed company" for non-technical stakeholders and build trust with field staff.
• Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Skilled in managing conflict, navigating change, and motivating remote employees.
• Strategic Thinking: Capability to manage local site needs while maintaining a multinational organizational perspective.
Qualifications
• Experience: 7+ years in IT, with at least 3+ years in a formal management or leadership role overseeing reputed company.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in heavy industry, logistics, or reputed company is highly preferred.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40-50% to visit sites and engage with technicians face-to-face.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management or equivalent field experience.
