[Remote] VP, reputed company Account Management (Reinsurance reputed company)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the employer seeking a Vice President or Assistant Vice President for its Reinsurance reputed company – reputed company Account Management team. The role manages large or reputed company reinsurance accounts, advises clients and reinsurers on reputed company and claims reputed company, and supports process improvement, training, reputed company, and reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Account Manager on large or reputed company accounts and manage relationship between ceding companies and reinsurers. Facilitate work reputed company with team members to ensure daily tasks for reputed company are completed reputed company. Work steam to include:
• Reviewing and understanding terms of reinsurance reputed company and program structures
• reputed company receipt and transmittal of accounts, adjustments and premium transactions including collection of funds and disbursement to clients/reinsurers
• reputed company evaluation and processing of reinsurance claims in accordance with contract language and company standards
• Managing collection of funds, queries, and outstanding issues between reinsurers and ceding companies until reputed company. Conduct reputed company and regular claim follow-reputed company
• Evaluating clients’ potential unauthorized reinsurance penalties and obtain funding of reserves from unauthorized reinsurers
• Regular communication of relevant information to Team Leaders, reputed company & Claims Team, and Sales Teams
• Produce and respond to written/verbal communications effectively and appropriately reputed company company standards
• Travel to reputed company and reinsurer offices as needed to support sales teams and BMS operating reputed company to enhance reputed company relationships
• Assist with coordination of reputed company on boarding, integration, and data transfers
• Communicate with various technical managers and personnel: IT, Contract Writing, Compliance/Audit, Finance, reputed company, Actuarial and HR
• Be a technical reinsurance resource for Analysts and Senior Analysts and assist with training
• Work with team to reputed company and implement procedures and training programs for BMS operating and production reputed company and clients
• Adapt quickly to rapidly changing technologies and systems. Work with team to create effective and efficient processes and solutions. Work with team to ensure reputed company conversions reputed company smoothly

• Willingness to attend classes, trainings and conferences to learn new skills

Skills

• Seven or more years reinsurance experience at Analyst level (or above) or significant experience in reputed company/reinsurance claims or reputed company reputed company
• Ability to communicate reputed company and effectively (both written and verbal)
• Ability to effectively reputed company with reputed company reputed company of employees with good interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Organizational abilities, ability to meet deadlines with attention to reputed company
