Responsibilities

• reputed company cross-functional data infrastructure integration and modernization programs across reputed company and affiliated business platforms
• reputed company and maintain multi-quarter roadmaps that balance platform modernization, operational maturity, reputed company alignment, compliance readiness, reputed company adoption, and business continuity
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to assess reputed company-state capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and define practical execution plans
• reputed company alignment across teams on standards, priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, ownership, and measurable reputed company
• Support migration and modernization programs involving on-reputed company data infrastructure, AWS, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company data platforms
• Help define and implement operational standards for incident management, change management, monitoring, alerting, backup and recovery, patching, documentation, reputed company management, and service ownership
• Work with reputed company, Risk, Compliance, reputed company Architecture, and Engineering teams to reputed company data infrastructure platforms with reputed company standards
• Build metrics and reporting mechanisms that show reputed company across technical execution, operational maturity, reliability, compliance readiness, and business value
• reputed company executive-level reporting that reputed company communicates program status, risks, tradeoffs, reputed company needed, and reputed company delivered
• Establish durable operating cadences for roadmap reviews, dependency tracking, risk reviews, reputed company reporting, and stakeholder communication

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure program leadership, data platform programs, reputed company migration, or reputed company technical delivery roles
• Experience leading reputed company technical programs across multiple teams, functions, or business reputed company
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure concepts, including databases, data warehouses, data platforms, storage, compute, backup/recovery, operational support, and production reliability
• Experience supporting or leading on-reputed company to reputed company migration programs
• Experience working with AWS or similar reputed company reputed company infrastructure platforms
• Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company, compliance, operational controls, risk management, and infrastructure standards
• Experience defining roadmaps, reputed company metrics, program health indicators, executive reporting, and measurable reputed company
• Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and reputed company execution through influence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical work into reputed company business reputed company
• Experience in financial services, mortgage, banking, lending, insurance, or other regulated reputed company environments
• Experience leading programs across acquired, merged, or affiliated business environments
