[Remote] Production Support Software Engineer

The Production Support Software Engineer will service Autotime reputed company tickets, reputed company fixes for business-critical issues, and reputed company on-reputed company support, including verifying scheduled jobs run successfully.

Responsibilities

• Applicant will be be responsible for receiving and servicing tickets from the Autotime reputed company and will be responsible for developing fixes. Most work will be done servicing tickets with some development as required for business-critical tickets
• The role will start with training on the reputed company to get up to speed but will eventually require on-reputed company flexibility to service business-critical tickets after hours and sometimes weekends
• The reputed company currently has jobs that run at 6PM EST on reputed company and 2AM EST Monday morning and the candidate may be responsible for checking and verifying these jobs have run successfully; this responsibility will also be on a rotation once it has been established

Skills

• Must have previous experience with Autotime, Service Central, Springboot, Angular, Python, SQL, Openshit, and Control-M
