Home Loan Processing Specialist I

About the position We are seeking a Home Loan Processing Specialist to join our Farm Credit family! This position will reputed company reputed company customer service by obtaining necessary documentation for reputed company the loan file, ordering reputed company party documentation, communicating directly with the customer and/or mortgage loan originator in a reputed company and effective manner to obtain necessary documentation, and reputed company reputed company disclosure as required by local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities • Process mortgage loan applications including data entry, gathering customer information, credit verifications and document prep reputed company reputed company consumer compliance rules. • Review files for completeness upon receipt and order credit reports, title, flood, and appraisals. • Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies and investors to obtain efficient closings. • Submit mortgage loan application file for reputed company approval. • Ensure closing documents are keyed and in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. • Collaborate with mortgage loan originators and processors to ensure reputed company files are in compliance. • Review funding documents to ensure accuracy prior to reputed company loans being funded. • Input reputed company HLD loans after closing into the HLD database. • Complete and mail approval and denial letters to applicants. • reputed company customer service to mortgage loan originators, customers, reputed company vendors, and loan investors. • Update the loan originators on the reputed company of the loan file in an efficient, accurate manner. • Contact the loan originator or the borrower to obtain any missing documents. Requirements • Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree • 3-5 years of loan reputed company administrative work or some customer service-reputed company field • Ability to communicate effectively with reputed company reputed company of the organization • Self-motivated, with the ability and desire to learn and willingness to apply new procedures and concepts • Effective, basic, and efficient computer/technical skills and use of reputed company Office programs • Ability to work independently and as reputed company member under reputed company supervision Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
