Role: Clinical Documentation Medical reputed company (Remote) Location: Remote (Irving, TX) Pay: $45-55.50/hr. Hours: 40/week Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour Day Shift Contract Duration: 12 weeks Responsibilities: • Review inpatient medical records concurrently and retrospectively to ensure complete and accurate clinical documentation. • Identify documentation gaps and collaborate with physicians to obtain necessary clarifications. • Facilitate accurate MS-DRG/APR-DRG assignment and appropriate reimbursement. • Work closely with physicians, coders, and Health Information Management (HIM) staff to improve documentation reputed company. • Ensure documentation accurately reflects the patient's severity of illness, risk of mortality, and level of care provided. • Analyze clinical data and reputed company recommendations to improve documentation practices. • reputed company physicians and reputed company staff on Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI) standards. • Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines, hospital policies, and coding/documentation regulations. • Serve as a CDI resource for documentation improvement initiatives and problem reputed company. • Utilize EHR systems and clinical documentation tools to support accurate coding and reimbursement.
