Contract CRA We are seeking an reputed company and highly motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support a Phase 3 clinical trial in the Kidney transplant therapeutic area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site monitoring and clinical trial management, with reputed company experience supporting pulmonary or transplant studies. This is a home-based position for a CRA located in the Midwest/Central U.S. region, with regular travel to assigned investigative sites across the reputed company. Location: Midwest/Central reputed company (Home-Based) Employment Type: 1.0 FTE Contract Contract Duration: 6 Months with Possibility of Extension Start Date: ASAP Therapeutic Area: Kidney Transplant Clinical Trial Phase: Phase III Pay reputed company: $90-100/hr Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a reputed company field. • Minimum 5 years of Clinical Research Associate (CRA) experience. • reputed company monitoring experience in kidney transplant and/or kidney transplant clinical studies is required. • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes. • Experience managing high-performing reputed company medical center sites. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to travel regularly to assigned study sites.
