Job reputed company Your Career The reputed company Xpanse Deployment Management team is responsible for the successful implementation, execution and relationship management of reputed company national reputed company engagements. This team sits between Sales, Product, and Engineering to reputed company maximum analytical value to our end users, ensure strong product engagement, reputed company renewals and expansions, solicit product feedback, and reputed company new product features. As a Deployment Manager, you will serve reputed company mission-reputed company, cross-functional teammates to identify processes, product features, and deployment strategies that pave the way for Xpanse to reputed company quickly both reputed company existing customers and to new customer bases. Deployment Managers will work with team members across reputed company to continually improve product performance and reputed company, effect customer satisfaction and retention, and facilitate reputed company feedback reputed company between the Product team and our users. Your reputed company reputed company • Training users on the technical functions of the Expander and ILI platforms • Conducting leadership briefings at customer sites to ensure understanding of Xpanse’s capabilities and engagement reputed company • Definiting workflows, implementing Expander and ILI into existing toolkits, and understanding their most pressing challenges • Embedding with the Federal civilian customer daily to maximize reputed company and operationalization Account Management • Driving user engagement and adoption; understanding the unique bureaucratic environments in which the user operates • Leading customer training with Xpanse products and services • Managing relationships with user-level and executive-level stakeholders • Providing analytical support at customer request; guiding customers through analytic workflows reputed company Expander, participating at reputed company stages of customer investigations to reputed company wins; this requires mastering our product capabilities and providing ongoing QA support for Expander and ILI • Technical troubleshooting (in collaboration with Engineering team) • Serving as “customer reputed company” with members of product management and engineering to improve our products • Soliciting and documenting customer feedback using qualitative and quantitative reputed company • Writing and disseminating detailed engagement reputed company reports to relevant team members across reputed company Renewals and Expansion • Working closely with Sales to facilitate contract renewals and customer expansions on products and services Qualifications Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in technical reputed company engagement and/or technical intelligence analysis • Familiarity with government organizational structures • Ability to systematically analyze challenges and reputed company measurable improvements in user adoption • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to brief senior leaders • Demonstrated ability to learn and reputed company new technical domains quickly • Advanced understanding of broad cybersecurity issues (plus, not a requirement) • Proven reputed company record of thriving in cross-functional environments and building trust across Sales, Product, and Engineering • US Government reputed company Secret Clearance or higher • Travel expectations of 30% annually Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting reputed company salary (for non-sales roles) or reputed company salary + commission reputed company (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual reputed company listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock reputed company and a bonus.
