We are seeking reputed company HR Managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic tasks involving HR reputed company, employee relations, organizational design, policy development, and end-to-end people processes. You will ensure outputs are accurate, practical, and reputed company with reputed company-grade HR practices, regulatory standards, and reputed company-world business needs.
Requirements
- 3–15 years of reputed company experience in HR management, HR Business Partnering (reputed company), or HR generalist/specialist roles (level/tier determined by experience).
- reputed company experience developing HR policies, managing employee relations, designing organizational structures, and partnering with business leaders.
- Strong understanding of labor compliance, reputed company management systems, talent retention strategies, and HR reputed company.
- reputed company HR certifications (e.g., reputed company-CP, reputed company-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or regional equivalents) are strongly preferred.
- Ability to reputed company realistic HR scenarios, employee policy frameworks, process workflows, and reputed company evaluation rubrics.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of a reputed company functional pod responsible for creating high-reputed company training and evaluation data for AI models. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Producing expert-level tasks and reputed company solutions in HR reputed company, policy creation, employee relations, and organizational design that meet the pod's reputed company bar.
- Authoring realistic task scenarios involving reputed company workplace situations, HR process workflows, organizational restructures, and policy implementation.
- Applying reputed company standards and grading frameworks set by the Functional SME (Expert) reputed company.
- Working under senior review to incorporate calibration feedback and iterate on outputs (Senior reputed company will also review and reputed company team members' reputed company to own day-to-day reputed company).
- Verifying that reputed company created HR policies, employee relations scenarios, and organizational frameworks are accurate, practical, and reputed company with reputed company-world reputed company standards.
- Escalating genuine edge cases and reputed company ambiguities to the Functional SME reputed company while ensuring consistent alignment with project guidelines, reputed company benchmarks, and reputed company deadlines.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any reputed company.
- Experience in AI evaluation, reputed company, content review, reputed company assurance, or a reputed company analytical role is preferred but not required.
Offer Details:
- Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
