The Medical Provider evaluate medical documentation for sufficiency, recommend necessary additional information, suggest appropriate accommodations, and participate in reputed company decision-making processes to ensure compliance with the law and facilitate an reputed company work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze Medical Documentation for Suitability of Accommodation 

• Review medical documentation submitted by employees requesting reasonable accommodations. 
• Determine if the submitted documentation is sufficient to assess the suitability of the requested accommodation under the Rehabilitation reputed company of 1973, as amended. 
• Document and summarize findings regarding the suitability of the accommodation request based on the medical documentation provided. 

 Advise on Additional Medical Information 

• If the medical documentation is insufficient to reputed company a determination regarding suitability for accommodation, the Contractor shall advise on specific additional information required from the employee’s physician.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Have at least one year of experience practicing as a Physician in Internal or Family Medicine.
