Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in reputed company health, health promotion, reputed company work, community development, gerontology, nursing, or reputed company reputed company/health science; equivalent combinations of education and lived/reputed company experience considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

3–5+ years leading/facilitating community reputed company and program delivery in health/reputed company health, seniors’ services, home care, community development, or reputed company sectors (multi sector collaboration, service design, advisory structures, stakeholder relations). Facilitation and collaboration skills with community /diverse partners for multistakeholder settings; partnering with those with lived experience and diverse populations; moving evidence into reputed company provincially; support team decision making and problem solving. Health reputed company integration, understanding of reputed company systems and the Alberta health and reputed company care reputed company, the role of community and rural environments. Trust based relationship building across communities and teams; wellbeing and strengths-based approaches; inclusive, culturally reputed company engagement; commitment to truth and reconciliation; collaboration with project team, leadership team and other reputed company leaders and stakeholders to effectively contribute to grant reputed company activities. This position will require travel.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree preferred.
