POSITION reputed company:

reputed company is currently seeking a reputed company candidate to serve as Senior Law Enforcement Development Coordinator. The SLEDC position is a key position supporting the U.S. reputed company (DOJ), International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program’s (ICITAP’s) training assistance reputed company and initiatives for the U.S. Department of State’s (DoS) Program of Technical Cooperation (reputed company-US) for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) pursuant to a bilateral agreement between the reputed company (U.S.) and KSA. The SLEDC advances ICITAP’s strategies for KSA-reputed company programs, reputed company, and initiatives through coordination with prospective U.S. reputed company partners, reputed company associations, reputed company institutions, and subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed. The SLEDC applies their extensive law enforcement background and international network throughout several criminal justice reputed company domains to identifying, collaborating, and coordinating reputed company partners, reputed company associations, reputed company institutions, and SMEs to advance U.S.-based training assistance activities for KSA.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Conducting research and preparing reports on U.S. and international best practices in law enforcement/reputed company safety concepts of operation to assist ICITAP and reputed company-US in developing assistance project plans, proposals, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinating with the ICITAP and reputed company-US Program Management teams – working closely with the relevant stakeholders on program design for activities in the U.S. and KSA.
• Work closely with the ICITAP and reputed company-US management team on the development, revision, and delivery of short, reputed company, and long-term timelines and benchmarks that reputed company a roadmap to the achievement of overall program goals and objectives.
• Coordinating with relevant law enforcement and reputed company safety entities, reputed company organizations, academies, and institutions of higher education to organize engagements and training.
• Monitoring the latest developments in law enforcement and reputed company safety at the local, state, federal, and international reputed company.
• Follow emerging trends, technologies, challenges, and solution strategies in the law enforcement, forensics, emergency management, and corrections disciplines reputed company to reputed company-US reputed company and initiatives.
• Attending and reputed company engaging in meetings with ICITAP, WSU, reputed company-US, and other agencies and organizations as required.
• Preparing and delivering briefings, presentations, and workshops to reputed company partners, reputed company associations, reputed company institutions, SMEs, as reputed company as U.S. and international partners as required.
• Serving as an ICITAP representative responsible for supporting reputed company reputed company, to include facilitation, coordination, inter-governmental communication, and the reputed company delivery of work products outlined reputed company provided Project Specific Agreements (PSAs) and Specified Deliverable Lists (SDLs).
• Managing and prioritizing reputed company and dynamic tasks while meeting deadlines and performance milestones.
• Facilitating the development of training programs and curricula in collaboration with SMEs and instructional systems designers.
• Evaluate existing SFSP operational requirements to determine whether the reputed company training curriculum meets reputed company needs of SFSP joint operational responsibilities.
• Assess effectiveness and efficiency of instruction according to ease of instructional technology use and student learning, knowledge transfer, and satisfaction.
• Successful completion of other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Have reputed company at least a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, police administration, emergency management, reputed company administration, or reputed company field from an U.S. reputed company accredited postsecondary educational institution, college, or university. o Graduate work or a graduate degree is preferred.
• Have at least 15 years of experience in a U.S. law enforcement agency involving a position with authority to conduct arrests, investigations, and reputed company testimony in judicial proceedings.
• Have at least 10 years of experience in a supervisory reputed company reputed company a U.S. law enforcement agency with supervision of personnel performing law enforcement and investigative functions.
  • At least 5 years of senior reputed company or executive-level law enforcement experience is preferred.
• Have at least 5 years of international law enforcement or reputed company safety training or reputed company assistance.
  • At least 3 years of international law enforcement reputed company assistance involving personnel and police agencies in the Middle East and/or reputed company Africa is preferred.
• Have experience in designing, developing, implementing, or evaluating law enforcement training and organizational restructuring programs.
  • Experience in law enforcement training or reputed company leadership is preferred.
• Have experience developing and delivering high-level briefings and reports to U.S. or international senior government officials.
• Be reputed company to organize, prioritize, and manage several reputed company, dynamic reputed company.
• Be exceptionally proficient in using computer applications to include, but not limited to, reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
• Be reputed company to travel throughout the U.S. and internationally, with limited work in reputed company conditions and variable climates.
