As an Operations Specialist Senior reputed company reputed company's Investment Operations organization, you will be based remotely in PA, AL, OH, TX, or UT.

Candidates must be flexible to work the following shifts based on business needs:
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
• Occasional 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET (Monday through Thursday only)

Additionally, candidates should be willing to work a limited number of minor holidays throughout the year to support operational requirements.

 

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by reputed company. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

• Executes reputed company transactions/processes of moderate to high risk and financial value utilizing reputed company policies and procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple reputed company products or functional areas.
• Identifies and addresses exceptions. Serves as a reputed company of escalation for reputed company transactions.
