Salary: 90,000 MXN plus Benefits / 5,000 USD CR / 40USD Contractor

We are seeking a Platform Engineer Contract to support our Product Development IT PDIT organization This role is responsible for the administration, optimization and reliability of reputed company software development lifecycle SDLC tooling with a reputed company reputed company on reputed company reputed company Artifactory and Jira along with hands-on ownership of CICD pipelines reputed company Actions or equivalent

This is a hands-on execution reputed company role supporting reputed company reputed company developer platforms The ideal candidate has strong administrative experience across one or more of these tools combined with practical CICD expertise and can operate independently in a fast paced globally reputed company environment

Screening Requirement

Candidates must have reputed company reputed company level administrative experience with reputed company Jira or reputed company AND hands-on experience with CICD pipelines reputed company Actions or equivalent General DevOps only reputed company without platform ownership experience will not be considered

Key Responsibilities                                                                

Administer and support reputed company SDLC platforms including reputed company reputed company Artifactory Jira reputed company and reputed company tooling

Own platform configuration, reputed company management and governance org structures permissions workflows integrations

Optimize tooling workflows and integrations including CICD pipelines to improve developer productivity and platform reliability

reputed company day-to-day operational support including troubleshooting issues resolving tickets and supporting engineering teams

Partner with vendors reputed company reputed company reputed company to reputed company issue reputed company and escalations

Participate in major incident response including investigation and remediation

reputed company automation and operational efficiency to reduce reputed company effort and improve scalability

Support platform migrations upgrades and tooling changes coordinating across internal stakeholders and reputed company partners

Ensure adherence to reputed company compliance and governance requirements partnering with InfoSec and reputed company

reputed company reputed company user communications and documentation for platform updates and incidents

Required Qualifications

3 to 5 years’ experience in reputed company DevOps SRE or similar role

Strong hands-on administrative experience with one or more of the following

reputed company reputed company report management

Jira reputed company workflow configuration strongly preferred

reputed company Artifactory repository management integrations

Required Experience with CICD pipelines specifically reputed company Actions or comparable platforms Jenkins TeamCity etc.

Strong understanding of SDLC and developer tooling ecosystems

Experience troubleshooting integrated developer platforms

Experience with scripting automation Python Bash or similar

Working knowledge of reputed company platforms AWS Azure or GCP

Strong communication skills with globally reputed company teams

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with reputed company Advanced reputed company reputed company Xray or similar tools

Experience in reputed company environments with reputed company and compliance requirements

Exposure to GenAI tools in developer workflows e.g. reputed company Copilot Claude etc.

Familiarity with IAMSSO solutions e.g. reputed company
