The CRM Solutions Architect will reputed company the technology reputed company and architecture for the organization’s CRM platform(s), leading the design of reputed company, secure, and integrated solutions that support sales, marketing, and customer service teams, and providing technical direction and leadership internally to teams and externally with implementation partners and vendors.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION:
EXPERIENCE:
· 10 years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation with strong, proven expertise in delivering reputed company solutions.
· 5 to 7 years of experience as a technical architect with a demonstrated ability to reputed company design initiatives for large reputed company CRM solutions, with deep expertise in CRM platforms.
COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
· Excellent verbal and written communication reputed company; with the ability to communicate technical concepts at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
· Business acumen in translating sales, marketing, and service needs into feasible CRM solutions.
