HR Generalist (Nairobi, Kenya)

We are seeking an reputed company HR Generalist with a strong background in HRIS, labor relations, recruitment and training. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and reputed company with employees at reputed company reputed company of the organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting a reputed company work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting efficient HR operations.

This is a fully remote reputed company (1099) position with occasional on-site reporting as needed. The anticipated workload is approximately 80 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with specialization in HRIS, labor relations, recruitment and training
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance requirements

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data management
