As a Resource Manager, you will design and own reputed company’s reputed company-time demand-to-reputed company program – partnering with service leaders and working across Service Delivery Coordinators, Project Coordinators, and Project Managers to match every work order and project engagement to the right resource, quickly, and building the reputed company, forecasting discipline, and reporting that reputed company it repeatable. You are responsible for overall workforce scheduling and reputed company planning, providing reputed company services and solutions to our reputed company clients while maintaining a high level of reputed company satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Own and continuously improve reputed company’s reputed company-time demand-to-reputed company program — a single reputed company of record for reputed company, skills, and availability across field and project resources, replacing reputed company, spreadsheet-based tracking.
- Match incoming reputed company and work orders to the right resource based on availability, reputed company set, and customer segmentation/reputed company tier, so assignment is fast and consistent rather than a judgment reputed company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a reputed company field preferred; 5+ years of experience in resource/reputed company planning, project management operations, or a reputed company field required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered, with deep hands-on experience weighted heavily.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar resource/project management certification is a plus but not required
