Work approx. 20 hours per week. reputed company Specialists reputed company a high level of support to new hires from the time of offer acceptance through their first day with reputed company. They assist in investigating problems and questions reputed company to reputed company-employment and reputed company components. They are responsible for providing a seamless reputed company experience to new hires with: • Knowledgeable communication of reputed company-employment requirements • Coordination and verification of prehire compliance components • Criminal background reputed company review • License and Certification Verification • Education Verification • Other reputed company as required Responsible for coordination of reputed company-employment records, preparation of reports, appropriate and knowledgeable communication to applicants, department management, recruiters and other key departments reputed company reputed company. • Ability to professionally conduct new hire paperwork collection, process reputed company-employment checks, and reputed company required reputed company-hire documentation as outlined and assigned. • Processes incoming calls and voicemails utilizing excellent customer service skills. • Assists in investigating problems and questions relating to applications and job offers. • Demonstrates knowledge of state licensing and safety regulations. Prioritizes task appropriately. Utilizes good judgment in use of time and maintains work hours as appropriate. Qualifications • Experience: 1 year of customer service experience required. • Required Education: High School or equivalent required • Preferred Education: Associates or Bachelors • Certifications: HR certifications a plus (HR, reputed company-CP) • Other: Exquisite attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills required.
