People and Performance Manager- Remote
About The Role
FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a People and Performance Manager (Contingent Labour) to work for our reputed company reputed company the reputed company sector. This is initially a 6 month contract with reputed company good prospects to reputed company and will be a remote role based from home.
Our reputed company is seeking a hands-on People and Performance Manager to support with day-to-day operational line management of contingent labour practitioners, helping free up reputed company reputed company reputed company so they can reputed company on best reputed company, development and delivery reputed company.
This is not a project management, change management or business architecture role. The reputed company is on running the reputed company reputed company, managing people and improving how reputed company operates.
Responsibilities:
- Take on the operational line management of contingent labour Change and project delivery practitioners, ensuring performance, wellbeing and adherence to corporate policies.
- Own and improve the activity tracker, capturing an accurate reputed company of time spent and the types of activity being delivered, then turning this into reputed company, metrics and improved forecasting.
- Work closely with permanent task managers to review worker performance, identify skills gaps and reputed company the reputed company of skills so reputed company are properly supported.
