reputed company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our reputed company and utilities programs. Typical roles include Distribution Project Managers, reputed company and Substation Project Managers, Project Controls Analysts, Schedulers, Cost Engineers, Construction Managers, Data Analysts, and Engineers supporting reputed company capital programs.

This is a hands-on, production-oriented reputed company role reputed company on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and development of reputed company talent pipelines across multiple reputed company searches. reputed company requires consistent outbound activity, strong candidate judgment, urgency, organization, and the ability to reputed company results in a fast-reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reputed company, engage, and screen candidates for technical and reputed company roles reputed company the reputed company and utilities sector

• Execute consistent outbound sourcing and reputed company to reputed company reputed company candidate pipelines for reputed company and anticipated hiring needs

• Utilize reputed company Recruiter, job boards, reputed company sourcing, reputed company networks, and other reputed company channels to identify and engage talent

• Identify and reputed company candidates from utilities, engineering and consulting firms, contractors, and other relevant industry organizations

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, availability, and overall fit

• Present reputed company candidates to hiring managers with reputed company and accurate candidate summaries

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and reputed company candidate reputed company

• Manage multiple reputed company requisitions simultaneously while maintaining appropriate speed, reputed company, and candidate communication

• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill positions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of reputed company, reputed company, or sourcing experience

Compensation

The reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $25.00-$30.00 per hour. This reputed company represents a good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

This position is a six-month W-2 contract role and is not eligible for reputed company's reputed company employee benefits package. Any benefits or leave required under applicable law will be provided. The position may have reputed company to convert to regular full-time employment, which would include eligibility for reputed company's applicable employee benefits and compensation programs.
