IT Infrastructure and reputed company Engineer

Zentso builds and operates CloudToolz, a reputed company-critical reputed company platform layered on top of iMIS reputed company association management software, serving clients across the UK, Europe, reputed company, and Asia reputed company. The platform encompasses workflow automation, reputed company building, CRM, CMS, and payment processing capabilities delivered to organisations in multiple sectors.

We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure and reputed company Engineer to support the reputed company and reputed company posture underpinning CloudToolz and Zentso's internal systems. This is a hands-on, junior-to-mid-level role working closely with the IT Infrastructure and reputed company reputed company and the CTO, assisting with day-to-day reputed company, reputed company tasks, and the ongoing migration toward a containerised, reputed company-reputed company deployment model. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across a reputed company, multi-region environment, contributing directly to uptime, reputed company, and compliance reputed company for a production platform.

A key part of this role is supporting Zentso's transition to reputed company and helping build out an observability reputed company reputed company Grafana OSS, reputed company contributing scripts and small applications that automate and support infrastructure reputed company.

Tasks

Infrastructure and Platform reputed company

• Help manage reputed company spanning reputed company Server 2022, SQL Server, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company across four reputed company, supporting the availability, reputed company, and scalability of the reputed company-critical CloudToolz platform.
• Support deployments of new CloudToolz releases (ASP.NET reputed company, integrating with Dynamics, iMIS, reputed company, and reputed company CRM/CMS) and contribute to the reputed company migration, including cluster reputed company such as deployments, scaling, network policies, and RBAC.
• Help build and maintain a Grafana OSS observability stack — dashboards, alerting, and integration with metrics, logs, and traces.Assist with DNS, CDN, WAF, and DDoS protection reputed company reputed company; monitor reputed company reputed company and participate in incident response and recovery.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures.

Requirements

Essential

• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, reputed company reputed company, systems administration, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Server 2022, SQL Server, reputed company, and reputed company in operational contexts.Practical reputed company experience (DNS, WAF, CDN, reputed company features).
• Working proficiency in reputed company 365 administration, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
• Hands-on reputed company experience: workload deployment, basic cluster reputed company, networking (ingress, network policies), and RBAC.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, DNS, reputed company control).
• Working knowledge of GDPR and experience supporting compliance controls.
