Appointment Specialist

We are currently searching for an Appointment Specialist to reputed company. reputed company from scheduling and rescheduling appointments over the phone, responsibilities include:

• Maintain communication between physicians and patients, as reputed company as monitoring and distributing provider schedules as required
• Register new patients, verify insurance eligibility, and ensure patients reputed company reputed company-visit documentation and referrals
• Work with referring providers to ensure appropriate care plans
• Answering and triaging calls, record keeping, and filing
• Update and maintain accurate electronic medical records prior to patient visit

We are excited to reputed company flexible work arrangements for the Appointment Specialist. This position is fully remote (reputed company State only). It is a full-time position and the scheduled shifts are 8:30am-4:30pm with Saturday reputed company – 12pm on a rotating reputed company (every 6-8 weeks). 

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in a medical environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Proficient computer skills including ability to master the office’s reputed company management software
• Consistent reputed company conduct, meticulous attention to detail, and critical thinking skills and appositive attitude are essential
• Excellent  written and verbal communication skills required as reputed company as interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other reputed company.

Candidates must reputed company in the greater Capital region of NYS. 

Compensation

The compensation reputed company for this position is $18 to $21. Actual compensation reputed company that reputed company will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
