Rigdon is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join reputed company as a Customer Support Representative. As the reputed company-line ambassador of our business, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients across Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Texas, and Arkansas. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and responding to email requests promptly and professionally. • Schedule service appointments, prepare estimates, and process reputed company payments. • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective customer issue reputed company. • reputed company and report reputed company communications and activity. • Transition quickly between answering calls or making calls to average of 8-10 calls per hour reputed company day. • Manage priorities, multi-task reputed company, and maintain excellent attention to detail. • Other duties as assigned.
